About the building
An office building in one of the fastest-growing business districts of Prague.On 1 June 2021, the Trigea Fund purchased the Explora Business Centre office building, located directly above the Nové Butovice metro station in Prague. This is the third and by far the largest property in our fund. The Explora Business Centre is a modern Class A office building that offers the highest standard of services and premises, large and flexible office floors and a pleasant environment that includes a common atrium.
The leasable area of the building exceeds 22,000 m2, and many international companies have established their headquarters there. The most important tenants include CitiBank, DHL, Porsche, GE International, NNIT and Fortinet. The project is LEED certified at the highest level (Gold).
