After majoring in computer science and statistics at the University of Economics in Prague and passing the brokerage exam at the Czech National Bank, Tomáš joined ABN AMRO Asset Management as its Director of Fund Sales. In 2006 he was at the birth of what is still the largest real estate fund in the Czech Republic and became CEO of REICO, the investment company of Česká spořitelna. Subsequently, he helped found the investment company INVESTIKA and co-managed a real estate fund under the same name.
Pavel Novák

From 2014, Pavel worked as an acquisition manager at Brno Investment Group, where he successfully handled several acquisitions and the subsequent integration process. In his previous role at Deloitte, he specialised in real estate projects, in particular in real estate portfolio management, transaction consulting and complex comprehensive transformation. He was one of the first members of the team that created the Transaction Price Map application, which monitors the development of prices in the residential market.
