How it works
The fund selects and acquires real estate
We look for a suitable combination of office buildings and retail parks that offer stability and an attractive yield.
We make money on rental and property prices
The main source of the fund’s income is rental payments. In addition, the properties are revalued monthly, and their value has been increasing in the long term.
The fund grows along with the number of investors
Around 65% of our funding of new real estate purchases comes from bank loans, and our investors provide the rest. As the volume of funds under management grows, so does the number of properties.
